• Female or Male high school junior or senior

• Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better

• One letter of recommendation

• An essay expressing your interest in giving service

• Female matriculating full-time student at one of the following HBCUs:  Cheyney University, Lincoln University, University of Maryland Eastern Shore or Delaware State University

• Current sophomore or junior

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better

• One letter of recommendation

• An essay explaining how the applicant's leadership skills were shown in an activity which occurred in the last twelve months

• Live in New Castle County, DE

• Planning to major in Behavioral Science, Counseling, Human Services, Psychology, Social Science, Social Services, Social Work, or Sociology in college

• Attending a historically black college or university (HBCU)

• Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better

• One letter of recommendation

• An essay expressing why you selected your major and how you will utilize your degree to help
  people in underrepresented communities
